Processing time

Multiple shipments

We work with multiple third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, so:

  • You may receive multiple tracking numbers

  • Items may arrive on different days

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once available. Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after a label is created.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • We can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • We can refund the item price minus shipping/handling where permitted

Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, customs (if applicable), or high-volume seasons. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll help you track and resolve delivery issues.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:

  • Check with neighbors/building management

  • Confirm the shipping address on your order

  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If you still can’t find it, contact us within [7] days of the delivery scan. We’ll assist with a claim or resolution when possible.
